dood this weekend i went up with four friends and went thru the twisties... 2 preludes, 1 accord coupe and my celica gt-s.. and let me tell you this..

the celica kicks asss.. no problems going thru the turns.. not a screech from my tires.. well maybe a lil.. i had my stereo on pretty loud.. going thru turns in 1st and 2nd gear.. awww man.. so awesome.. if u guys haven't done so.. go find a near by mountain and hab some fun with some friends.. ur missing out!!

p.s. its my first time on this run and i had no problem keeping up with the leader who has gone thru this run many times with his lude.. i think its an SH.

Sounds like fun! I have been through the mountains towards Western , Va. But never a steep hill climb.

Isn't that a little dangerous? Can't you go flying over the edge? We don't have mountains here in Chicago :)

Ive taken mine in the mountains once. Yeah, its fun, but going around some of the turns w/ no guard rails will get to you. Make sure you know what the hell your doing before you do anything like that though.

Haha... if your tires arent screeching then your not going fast enough! lol. You won't believe how easy it is to control our car even when the tires start to break away a bit. :D

Mountains are great, i was chasing a Honda CBR 929R once, though i had to slow down a bit once i caught him;)

i have no problem catching up with any of my AWD talon or VR4 AWD or RX-7 (old one) RWD cars everyday we drive mountains to practices driving skills.....

but they kick my ass in a mountain graval road tho.. coz i drive a POS FWD car..

Why would you want to race in gravel??? oh and yea get rid of that POS car of yours!! ;)
