How Did/Do you send a hood???

just wondering how you guys send a hood???

USPS?
UPS?
FEDEX?
Grey hound?

anyone ever send a hood? and for how much?

Larry sent me his hood and it cost him 75 i think... that was with no packaging costs.

HOW? i paid almost $200 to ship my bumper FedEx(the only place i could find that would do it), and i figure the hood will be along that line too...

He did his own packaging and went straight to ups I think

tell you what.
when i had my buddy club bumper and sold it i went everywhere and the cheapest was 120 and up to 200 bucks because of the shape and size.
i went to greyhound and bought two boxes to fit it in there and packed everything and sent it for 25 bucks with 500 dollar insurance on it.

when i bought my cf hood, i bought it str8 from the shop and bolted it on right then and there...

i need a box for a hood :wtc:

If you can package it your self.... USPS would be the cheapest way... cause thos mail box places charge arms and leg for packaging and the charges are out of control.....
Make sure you buy some insurance, just in case.....

ups WONT be the cheapest even if you have a box for it.
yes greyhound does shipping.
everyone i told about when i was sending off my bumper was like" they ship stuff, i thought they were only buses blah blah blah".
i shipped off my bumper to new york for 22 bucks and it got there a week later.
try to beat that at ups.
everyone else wanted 150+ to ship it because it was so long and had an weird shape.
