ebay CAI istall HELP!!!!

Just got my ebay intake and I know how ti install it and everything, but my only concern is the limted space and how tight it is when i put it on....heres some pics to make it easier.......

first off, this is how its supposed to look right???

my problem is where I connected the rubber hose, it smashes on to the radiator hose and that is where it gets really tight, when looking @ the aewm and injen one, they seem to fit fine.....is it because its just one pipe?? is this a problem i should worry about or am ijust taking it overboard?? will this constrict air flow?? help me out guys...thanx!!!

Well first thing..the pipes ends should meet together..not a big gap then throw the coupler over it. But my ebay cai leaned up against the radiator hose too.

hmmmmmmmmmmm ok....i had a feeling the two pipes had to be touvhing eachother....ill try fix that this weekend!!! thanx....anyone else have a ebai cai???
