i saw the hotchkis testing results. wow, great accomplishment. how would that celica compare to other modded cars in the slalom and skidpad besides those stock vettes and porches?

Wow, an article, big deal. After this issue you will most likely see little to no content on the current gen Celica. Why? Project Celica is done, yeah that's right, it's done. Instead of doing features on that, I suppose they'll do more features on Project CRX. No offense to CRX owners, but I think at this point, having features on a 10 year old car is nothing new, we knew how to make that car fast years ago. Give us something to work with SCC! Forced induction, anything!

you do strike a good point, but i think that the article may shed new light on the devlopment of parts for our car.

wow doing updates on project CRX would be great... i'd like to build one myself with a friend of mine since together we have a decent budget and lots and lots of engineering backgrounds.

I think an article like this could be the tip of the iceberg..! But it also depends on what other companies are out there making parts for the Celica... And customer input to SCC will also help them see the enthusiasm of 7th gen owners.... Project Celica could use some more upgrades so it can be shown or written about more in SCC....!!!! But I don't have that power..!! All I can tell you guys is that we'll keep pluggin' away over here at Hothckis Tuning to ensure we have the best possible suspension on the Celica and other new Imports for you guys....!!!!

they just wrote up a full guide on how to turbocharge the 2ZZ-GE (in their project toyota matrix), what more do you want?

they admitted themselves the car was on loan, and they had to return it eventually. that's probably also why they didn't get XS' turbo kit on it, like they did for the matrix. they just tuned the suspension on their celica.
