Headlights

I am looking for a Celica GTS Auto and I want some headlights for it. I want them to be blue looking and I want them to have two "Halo Rings" in each headlight. I have never had any Halo Rings or whatever although my mom's Acura has HID headlights that are sort of blue.

What are some ideas? I don't want the headlights to be outrageously expensive but I want good quality.

ebay has those, or if you want, i think theres a guy on this site named yellow2k something like that and hes makes the rings for the headlights. if u know how to hook it up yourself buy his halos and while you're at it you can paint the inserts of ur headlights while u put on the halos
