Have one. Why? Something new about the heatshield?

Not yet, still waiting for answer, for the Rod Millen version, but i have a second option almost available, that should work.

It's just the second picture you are showing with the number 12.

If i'm right i still got that with my SRI.

11 and 9 are plugged shut.

Do you otherwise have a picture of the engine bay, especially from the SRI, so i can see if it's the same (12) that i think.

It the same like mine.

But first, where is you're pipe that gives cooling to you're ECU/computer-unit ??

You need it.

Can you take a picture of between the bent? Where you're vacuum unit is.

You have a blue connector and a Blue little (sort of) plastic cannister.

The last one, you don't need.

You are definitely missing something.

The don't need the Blue Canister, it's with the original box.

But you are missing a little blue connector and the vacuum sensor.
The blue connector is connected to it.

I will take a picture from mine

I have the connector but nothing to connect it to. Could you also take a pic of the hose connected to the sensor? Cause I cant see anywhere a spare hose that I should connect to it.

the blue connector goes to a switch with 3 vacuum lines comming out of it, the vacuum lines are connected to the bottom of the stock air box, when the intake is installed well theres no where to connect them so we unplug it, i can take a pic of the item tonight and post around midnight my time, i found it cleaning out my garage:gap:

You mean probably the No.12 with hoses 9, 10 and 11 ,from the next illustration.

Could you take a pic of No.1 and 2 from the next illustration, cause that

With a K&N Short Ram, it's best you re-install it and re-connect it.

You just have to cap off all the nipples with a plug or leave the tubes and plug them off with tape..

http://img360.imageshack.us/img360/5872/dscf0327eq1.jpg

The engines computer still takes readings from it.

This helps against the dreaded engine light and also will make the readings better, so the engine will run better and not to bog.

I also contacted K&N and they said it was the best thing to do.

-------------------------------------

The Blue cannister that i was talking about a few posts ago is still needed with the 03 and 04 celica's. But not with ours.

You still have the blue connector but not the item where you need to connect it to?
Have searched already for it underneath your original Airfilter-box.
Maybe it's still there.
Otherwise you need to buy it.

We dont even have a the stock airbox. Have a look in the story of our Celica: http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=277545

You mean the one that i marked with the Yellow line?
It goes nowhere now. You can also plug it like i did with the other 2.
I didn't have a third plug for it.

That is what I wanted to know. If it leads somewhere or I can shut it.

I don't have it, but a friend of mine has it.
But he has a T-sport (GT-S) from 2001.
I only have seen this with a T-sport.

Good to know. Thanks, my friend, you helped me a lot.
And pm me the info about the heatshield.
Thanks
