No, AutoTechnics I think? Got them from advanceimports.com. Installation was a piece of cake.

For me, it was a piece of cake as well, but, then again, I do micro soldering for a living, so, don't take my word for it. As long as you are experienced at soldering, or know someone who is, it's not that hard of a job to do. If you are interested in this mod, just click on my sig below for pricing on ordering the led's.

Hey Hammer, how did you get the indiglo part in the center of each guage to not come on? Did you cover it with something? I can't stand that bright indiglo part.

hmmm... I wonder if I can take my gauge to one of those cell phone accessories places and have them do the LEDs for me.

I modified mine so that the indiglo ring doesn't show up, I covered it with a piece of white vinyl. But they are indeed the same gauges.

To those who have done it, how difficult is it to replace the guages on your own?

Gauges are a piece of cake. The LEDs take a little more time and a steady hand. You get a little nervous when soldering on a $900 circuit board at first, but it's rather easy to do. Again, as Hammer said, that's relative. I've been soldering since I was 7......thanks grandpa!

QUESTION: what do you recommend for me to do. I have red led's for my needles, but not sure what color to paint needles, and where to paint. Its white on the TOP now and it looks like **** because skunk killer did it and i hate it anyways...i'm doing it red now. should i remove his paint and just grab RED nail polish and paint the bottom of it?
is RED needles with RED lights ok? just a question...thnaks
and wat kinda red...red metallic, or red transparant or just red?
TheHammer

Well, you shouldn't have paint on top of the needles at all, you should have the paint on the bottom of the needle. And to tell you the truth, you can use either white or red paint on the bottom of the needle, depending on what color your background is. If you have stock gauges, I would go with a white on the back of the needle, and if you have indiglos I would go with red on the back (Since the background is white). Any reflective paint will work, and believe it or not, a red sharpie marker with a thick tip works excellent!!!
Hope this works for ya, and answers your questions.

All blue looks real bright on the radio because there are more leds in the GT than the GTS on the radio :)
