Remove the two bolts in the back of the seats..remove the ones on each side or the seats..then the whole bottom seats just pops out once the back part is removed.

fold down top part. remove 2 middle bolts attached to top parts. Remove 4 side bolts for top part attach to car walls. pull off top parts. for bottom there are bolts along the rear side. after those are off simple pull up and forward. there are snaps in the front that will pop off. if i forgot a bolt and you snap something its not my fault :D

actually you guys are a little off. If you want to JUST remove the rear seats. All you have to do is remove 4 bolts total . 1 from the left and right side of each of the seat backs (there will be a little black swivel piece.) After those 4 bolts are removed you can just pop off the seat backs (very easy). If you car is in good condition, the back fabric of the seat back might be attached by elastic to a plastic clip that is attached to the bottom of the seat, if you don't undo it and it breaks it's not a big deal. Anyway, there is a metal handle facing the trunk on the rear seats (where the clips just were) you can pull this up a bit to get the bottom over the seat belt connectors. At the front of the seat there are two clips that hold the front of the bottom part of the seat on. these are heavy duty so get your hands right in front of where each of the clips are (you can do one at a time) and pull hard. It will take a little effort to get them up, don't worry about breaking it so long as your pulling near the clip (so as not to rip the foam of the bottom)

and thats it, you don't have to remove the bolts that are on the side walls.

Now if you want to remove the plastic pieces that cover the speakers there, you will need to remove the wall bolts (2 on each side), 4 plastic tabs (2 on each side), pull the side trunk pieces out a bit where they meet the back seat platics (all just tabs), then pull out the back plastic (that covers the speakers) you'll need to pull up the door sill a bit too, then the whole back piece should come out.
