One of the other Hawaii guys is running 18x8 D-Power rims with 225/35/18 Paradas. No problems, and he's running a full coilover setup. I think you'll be ok as long as you get the correct offset. ;)

I've got the same size wheels you do man. I also have a Progress Spring 2" Drop. Not a problem at all!!! Just make sure your offset is between 35 and 40 and you'll be fine.

You're gonna spend that much money on wheels and then blow it on the tires? Seriously, Paradas are show tires, they even admit it. Get yourself a set of 225/35-18 Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Positions, you won't be disappointed.
