How current is that? When did F1 get rid of turbos? Now in F1 cars they use an NA 10 cylinder, right?

Maybe an old Honda CART set up. Honda in F1 uses a NA setup due to the FIA's restriction on forced induction and traction controlling devices.

It's a Honda Formula One engine. 1.5L V-6, DOHC, twin turbo job from 1988. Power-wise they produced over 800 bhp in qualifying. The 1986 Honda engine made around 1,000 bhp. 1988 was the last year for forced induction in Formula One. The following year there were 3.5L V-10s and 3.5L V-12s.
