best way to take off symbols?

does anyone know the best way to take off the toyota symbol and the GT/GTS symbol without damaging any of the paint?

I just grabbed the edge (got my fingernain in between the logo and the trunklid) and pulled lightly when I got an edge started I moved my fingers further in on the logo until it was off (of course My Logos are not useable now because one broke and the other cracked) --- Basically just rip em off. Also clean the adhesive off the lid after defacing the logos --- and wax the lid as well --- Peace

so the emblems on the hatch are just double sided tape. no holes or anything behind it. just making sure so i don't go ripping off the emplems then have to have the holes shaved.

heat it with blow dryer and take floss and go behind it and then wash off the glue residue.

take a heat gun or hairdryer to it for a lil... the adhesive gunk will get really soft and you could just pull it off...but be gentle with it... if you still can't get it off... use the heat again and work fishing line behind the emblems and use a flossing motion... then use bug and tar remover and wax to remove the remainder of the gunk left behind...
