Isn't it against the User Agreement to give out free CarFax reports?

I'm pretty sure it is. You may want to double check though.

I would care if I was paying money for a CarFax account and they shut it down and I would have to pay again to reopen it.

But you are probably right. Who cares about being honest and upholding a contract you agreed to.

He bought unlimited carfax checks for a month. Who is to say he is giving them out, or looking around at cars to purchase. Also how is carfax going to find any connection between his NC user name and his real name?

Do you pay a cable bill for each tv connected to cable in your house?

Andy, just curious when you can get that report out? Not trying to rush you but my neighbor's truck is for sale on ebay and the auction ends tomorrow, I'd like to buy it but was waiting on CARFAX. Thanks!
