when you hit the horn it sounds like a whistle............most people hit the horn 2 times which makes the sound somebody would make when a hot girl walks by...

Can you replace your OEM horn with this? I know it isn't recommended, but is the mounting and wiring the same?

This is really easy to do and you dont have to change anything on your alarm or oem horn.
1. Go to junkyard and find a siren from any car with alarm.
2. Go to radio shack and get some wire and 1 momentary swtich.
3. Find a place to mount the siren in your engine bay.
4. If you know anything about wiring, then this will be easy. Wire the red wire to your battery. Wire the black to a ground bolt. Then wire the switch to the inside of your cabin. You might need to drill a hole but if you dont want any holes then you can leave it hanging. You can also wire in a fuse but you dont really need it.

Thats it.

BTW every siren or horn has a different sound. Some might be more high pitched then others.

We call it a booty call and the place that installed my alarm did it for an extra 10 bucks he just ran a button into the car. When you hold it down it sounds like the alarm is going off but if you just tap it twice it make the wistle from what i understand its not hard at all to do.

Yeah, it doesn`t exactly sound like some luxury car but, then again, the Celica isn`t that kind of car.

Sounds like the road Runner? Hmmm.. that`s not too bad.. the RR is FAST! "

Oh yea BTW, you can actually buy a horn that makes the wolf whistle sound but it costs around 25-30 bucks and its not very loud. If i were you id just get a horn from an old car.
