As you may have read in another thread, I have a broken rod in my car, and they haven't opened it yet, but they say it sounds like it. Anyway, they are claiming my intake was the cause of it, and I'm postive that it's not, as are many of you. Now, I've spoken with a person out at Toyota America, and they are saying that they'll take a second look, etc. Basically, i know the second look they'll say it's cause of the intake again, and give me a general runaround.
My question is, has anyone had success with any Regional managers in the northeast, that they can give me the managers name. I'm trying to get a list of people you've talked to in this situation who would be more helpful to me than other managers.
I basically just need any names/contact info for representatives and what your problem was and why they were helpful. I'm trying to get someone who won't give me a runaround and will be able to resolve this sooner.
