I have my car all opened up on jacks. I am doing a radiator flush. According to the repair manual, there are two drain plugs, the one on the radiator and the one on the engine. I found the radiator one and need to find the one on the engine. It says it's on the engine coolant union on the rear left of the cylinder head block(left is toward the driver side). Has anyone found this 2nd plug?

you really don't need to open up the engine drain plug. just drain the coolant through the coolant drain plug. oh yea....don't forget to bleed the coolant after you added it. or you'll find yourself overheating.

true...no need to find the engine coolant union....and like already mentioned make sure you follow the directions on the hood to fully fill it, should take at least 1 full gallon. after I did mine I started hearing the whooshing sounds...and just to be safe check the resivour the next couple days to make sure it doesn't get low

I need to do an all out flush. Can you help me find this other plug. Is there no one who know where it's located?

sucks! can't find it again. The pic is a close up and i don't have any reference points.
DO u have to take off the vvtli- cover to see it. The dealership torqued the bolt on this.
