for the toyota vip rs3200, the install manual says to adjust the glass breakage sensor to a "4" when the led/mic is installed next to the passenger window disable switch. Has anyone adjusted the sensor to a "5" to make the sensor more sensitive? if so, any problems with false alarms?

just changed the setting to a "5." tested it w/ a key on glass...seems to work better imo. just be sure that when you strike the glass with the key, if alarm does not trigger, wait a little bit before striking b/c i noticed that if you keep on striking it, the computer might actually filter it out, thinking that it is background noise.
also, no need to take out alarm brain. just use a small, long screwdriver to adjust it through a hole in the side panel. The only thing that u need to remove is the plastic panel under the streering wheel (the one that has the hood release connected to it).

How do you set the sensitivity?

use the screwdriver as mentioned above and turn it clockwise, it has clicks and says it on the brain as well...the control is on the brain, facing you. if you have the install guide, it explains it as well. hope this helps!
