sorry guys! I had to leave early today. I was the tall skinny guy in the teal t-shirt with a million holes in it and the off-white Gator hat on. I was in one of the nearly-stock Spectra Blue Celicas, but mine was the one that actually had a Toyota badge on the front bumper :D My friend, the dude with the "7 Inches Limp" shirt, had to get to a party early today, so I took him back. I was thinking of going back, out to CityWalk, but I figured I wouldn't be able to find y'all. When I left I left behind a nice odor of burnt clutch for you guys too! Hope you enjoyed that.

Anyway. Some of you guys had some crazy ****. Acileac (didn't get your real name! :p) had a dope interior (loved the blue gas/temp gauge), and some of you other people had some crazy stuff.

I noticed a couple people had blue bulbs in the blinkers. Couldn't find anyone who owned those cars, but I thought that was a pretty nice look. Do those bulbs flash white? (street legal?)

I liked (I want to say the name is Mike, but if not the dude in the red Applebee's hat and blue collared shirt)'s tail lights the best. They were the red TYC ones, and they looked nice.

Nicest rims probably goes to the black show car that had the PS2 and the blue painted engine bay. I didn't see any crazy rims there like I expected. Also, the red Celica with all the crazy brake stuff had the nicest wheels (including brakes and stuff) overall.

Just as I left I saw a Yellow 7th gen celica go by; I figured they were going to the meet too. That looked pretty nice. Best part was when like those 6 or 7 Celicas all pulled up together in the line, that was awesome! Must have been fun driving like that all the way from Tampa. Lots of strange looks I bet.

Wishing I could have stayed longer. I suppose I could go down to that Best Western tonight, but I got to get up early tomorrow morning anyway.

By the way. Ryan, Whore-hey: where the hell were you guys? Was looking forward to seeing you guys there, but didn't see you. Oh well, we'll have to have a mini-meet here around UCF some time :D

oh yeah. I also wanted to mention that those hood spoilers look much better in person than they do in the pictures I've seen of them. I hadn't ever seen any of those in person up until today, and now I'm interested in getting me some :D Whose car was that anyway?

I counted 19 at one point. But after that a few more showed up, and then that yellow one I saw. I'm guessing there were at least 25 by 3 or so.

I left a little early too, but after you, just before the rain. I had a good time and there were a lot of things that I liked..like all the DVD players and Nitrous kits. Had fun, cant wait till the next one.

Yo Stress! Hey man, thanks for the compliments on my interior. My real name is Fin. It was good to meet you too. I'm sorry I couldn't give you more advice on your gauge situation. Like I said before, I've heard of people adjusting those while driving. Crazy, but it might work. Overall, your car looks good with them. There's another guy with the same gauges we have named Jeremy, he also has the Spectra Blue celi.

Anyway, yeah the meet was great. Don't worry about being stock man, there's a ton to do and it's all about getting ideas. I was bone stock at my first meet :D

Stay in touch!

Fin

Hey bibi,

wasup man. I swear that sh1t with those two girls when they were yelling at you because of your Honda slogan was funny as hell man! The best part was that your t-shirt said something like "trust no bitches". That would have been a great picture.

Anyway, good to meet you there. The interior was done at a place called Silvio's. I don't have the number on me right now, but I'll try to find it at home later. I'm not sure if he still does small jobs like this, but you could ask him. Another person on this board named Shawn (aka y2kinflaymes) also does a very good job and he is probably your best bet if he's up for it. Shoot him an IM when you find him on the Florida Forum.

The Blue LCD display was done for me by a guy who came down from Canada. He sautered everything into place and replaced all the orange LEDs. The a/c guages and temp gauges are lit by two bulbs like you said. The guy replaced mine with two blue LEDs. They're not that bright at night so I'm going to put little mirrors near the ends of the displays. There is a refractor in place between the two bulbs to provide more illumination.

Hope that helps man,

Fin
