I believe Daihatsu is a branch of Toyota if I'm not mistaken, so it wouldn't be that out of the ordinary if Daihatsu also had a Bb lookalike

I have a neighbour who has a Chinese copy of the Lexus GX470/Landcruiser Prado and you can tell it's crap by the very apparent folds in the sheetmetal even on a brandnew ones. I've seen this on several Gonow cars. All the Gonow cars are imitations of Toyota.

yes they are. a lot of toyota cars are daihatsu made and vice versa.
