looks kinda like a saturn.
lots of peeps said the celi was ugly when it came out, lots still do.
those honda guys seem pretty pissed about it tho

Ugh...Honda ruins another car and turns their back on import tuners all over again. First, they ruin the Civics when the 96-00 had so much appeal for their looks and their ability to be tuned easily. Now, they ruin the look of the Accord. Honda has no idea what it is doing anymore. They are actually taking steps backwards from where they once were.

i heard honda will have a V6 matched with a 6speed trans so i guess they want to make it sporty but i dont know how theyre going to do that with looks like that. maybe the coupe will look better?

Doubt it. Its a economy family sedan aimed at families. I dont know where everyone got the idea that the accord is a sports sedan.

Without looking at these posts i also said it looked like a saturn!
Honda has some horrible designers for there company, EXCEPT i do like that RSX, but thats about it .. oh and the 2000 accord coupe.
I hate to see what the rice boys will do with this one .. slap an APR spoiler .. stickers ... and a fart can that could possibly be the ugliest car i have ever seen!!!!!!!:thumbdown

wow.... i'd soooo take a camry over that... lol... i have seen pictures of euroaccord (supposedly euro version) and that thing looks great.... this.. is like.... the current accord that went thru various stages of cost cutting.... the lights are all smaller the trunk is probably smaller.. everything looks...(for lack of a better word) BAD.

tons of rumors on the new coupe, of course the 6spd on the v6 is a nice addition there are rumors of it possibly being rwd as well (highly doubtful).... I wish there were better pics of the coupe. The sedan was never very nice imho....

i was looking forward to the 2003 accord because i saw drawings of it in a past MotorTrend. it looked pretty hot, something like an audi. the coupe was in there too. it was hot too.. those photos are crap.

well, there are a few family sedan's that can move if push'd. i've seen some lexus's that would kill alot of sports cars in a straight line, dont know about in the turns. but i agree about the accord not being that quick, i think they may just be, a mark'd down acura cl type s...

I agree. Seems like the concept drawings always look better than the actual production model that's released:thumbdown.

honestly, i really like it...the roof line reminds me of a mercedes S-class...but if there was one thing id change, it would be taillights, they are a little too long...=) i'm curious about which engine it has and if it has the multilink front suspension. I really hope they put the multilink suspension it it, instead of the macpherson strut setup...
