Thanks my WW bodykit and spoiler go on next week and apparently the lip still fits fine even with the grille.

I will let you know forsure!!

I have the TRD front lip with the grillecraft lower grille. It fits but it won't set back into the bumper as far.

Ya, but it fits really nice and it's made well. Much better than Home Depot chicken wire IMO.
