Ok is it really worth it to put a CIA, and a new chip in my 02 GT. I have been thinkin about it for awhile, and have already put the TRD exhuast on it. How much improvement if any should I feel after the CIA is on?

What is this CIA? Federal agent?

CIA? You mean CAI? The acronym for Cold Air Intake? You should be able to tell the difference in your car. It's not like a 10lbs boost or anything, but you should be able to feel it kick in at the upper RPM range.

very worth the money (used).. window down on a hott day its sounds good, louder than all the exhaust i have had on my car. i have had one for 2-3 years now, had to take it off because i had smog done.

Yea it's worth it. CAI is a good mod as long as you drive easy in rain / puddles.

it'll make more noise...I personally can't feel a hp gain if it's under 10-15

I would agree that the CAI is worth it, I would pass on the chip.

Waste of money and it'll put you at risk of hydrolocking your engine.
Sigh..

There is no "chip" available for the Celica. eBay "chips" are BS and do not work.

CAI is worthwhile. Though you will not feel a difference. For the most part anything under 10whp you're not going to feel. Maybe on a bike, but not in a Celica.

For the record, unless you're a complete idiot, you're not going to Hydrolock your motor. You would literally need to fully submerge the intake under water to hydrolock. if you don't plan on driving in a lake, you'll be fine. Trust me.
