CABEL, I know you from canada but the logo your talking about running on your car is a very large car club from cali. I don't know I could be wrong but if you have to ask were to get it something tells me your not in the car club and that to me says you should stay away from having it unless you like fronting because you saw the sticker on a car in a magazine

first of all the autobots car club doesnt own the damn transformer sig. Unless they bought the reservation rights of the sig to the company that has the rights. So technically they can get sued to the company that owns the sig for using their trade mark or sig or whatever you call it, but they dont sue because it will be just a waste of money to do it. Unless the Autobot car club became internationally known and creates huge amount of revenue, then probably they can get sued for using a sig without proper authorization. So, in short dont worry about people flaming you because you are trying to be an autobot because you have their sig in your car. Your just another person using the sig without proper authorization.

BTW its kinda gay having that kinda sticker, but thats my opinion. Well, to help you out have you looked at the Hot Topics store I think they have one over there, because they ussually sell old school stuff like thunder cats sig and everything, but I dont know if they have a branch in Canada.

The autobots logo is nice and all, but I always thought the decepticons logo was way cooler. I could go for one of those.

As far as problems with the autobot car club goes, I think it's Hasbro that actually created/owns the logo (I could be wrong), but that car club would have a hard time complaining that "we stole it first so you shouldn't use it".

What I really would prefer is the USAF star-and-bar.

Hey TRD-GT thanks for getting my back bro my connection has been down for a couple days.

First off, I thought it would look cool b/c ppl are always asking me what my car is so why not leave them clueless. I live in a small city in Canada where there are not that many Celicas. I didn't really even realize it was some big club.

No offense to the "Autobots" but as it's been stated they've stolen the logo too and have no ground to bitch.

Fronting, posing, ricer, whatever, your entitled to your opinion(unfortunately sometimes we can't take that right away from you).

I petitioned for my club for a while and they have become family to me if someone tried stepping in with out petitioning or knowing what my club is about or anyone in it neither myself or club member's would be happy about it. it's not about who's bigger or badder it's about repsecting the scene you participate in on a daily basis . I don't know maybe cable mistremeat and trd gt are noobies to the car scene. If your not then show repect for it and ever one in it or get out. If you are a noobie to the scene that start learning right from wrong in the custom car scene. 1ST lesson class....FLYING ANOTHER CLUBS LOGO IS WRONG

sorry would run another clubs logo .. I have a club and I have repsect for every other club and what it means to them .. memeber ship is not given to everyone unless you don't car about quality. I would be more than happy to talk the logo off of anyones car. situations are easy to even up 240 is a big boy but it just means 240 falls harder...

I am completely ignorant about the Autobots, I have never even heard of their car club before. But if them puting a transformer symbol on their car signifies that they are in this "autobot" car club, you should really be careful with this one Cable.

Something like this just happened last week in my area. A local car club had their windsheild banner copied by some one who owned this black Grand Prix GTP. News travels fast in these car clubs. All it took was one person in the club to see the stranger with their banner drive by them on thursday, then I swear, by the very next day ever single person in that car club new that this person had their banner on their car and was seriously pissed off! By saturday, a few members had already encountered the car in the parking lot and tried to remove the banner, but it was stuck on the car from the inside. By the Sunday, the GTP's windsheild had been "misteriously" smashed by a base ball bat!

I'm not going to take a side in the argument about whether or not it is "cool" or right for Cable to have the symbol on his car, or whether or not the autobots own, or have the right to exclusivly use the badge on their car. All I am posting for is to say to Cable that some of these guys take this really seriously, and if they find out it that you put it on your car and they don't like it, it is possable that they will damage your car. I know because like I said, I have seen it right here in my area. I am not saying that it is right for some one to take a base ball bat to some one's windsheild because of a banner that they don't like/agree with, I'm just saying that it happens, and you should be careful to make sure that it doesn't happen to you. I don't know though, I've never really heard of the autobots, they might not even give a crap about the symbol even if they did find out it was on your car. If it is a really gigantic club that operates outside of California, they might just assume that you are a member even if they did see it.

And lastly Cable did not ask anyones opinion on what you think of the idea, he only wanted to know where to get the badge. Is it so difficult to answer a direct question. If you can not help the guy don't bother posting. Now if he on the other hand said "Hey guys, what do you think if I did this?". That kind of question would solisit an opinion. I often read threads that proclaim about someone putting something on their car, that I think is dumb (black rims, huge spoilers, etc.), but unless they ask for some feedback, I shake my head and read on. Some here would be wise to do the same.
