2001 GT for sale - needs work

Whats up peeps! I have a 2001 celica GT for sale that needs some work. This would be a good project car for some one who is looking to build, or if you just need a cheap car you can still drive it as it is. Honestly, besides the oil burning problem, I have had no other problems at all. Here are all the specs and problems.
1. 130,000 miles
2. burns and leaks oil (about a quart every 500-600 miles)
3. needs shocks
4. new brakes
5. new battery
6. carbon fiber inlays in interior
7. I have always runs synthetic oil and changed the oil every 5k.
8. body is in good shape, interior is in really good shape
9. white
10. AEM cold air intake with bypass valve
11. luxury package
12. 15" alloy wheels
13. air, cd, tape, power everything, fully loaded!
14. 5 speed manual

I know I said that it was sold, but there is a chance that this will fall through. He is not returning my phone calls and I won't wait forever. All those who are interested keep checking back here or send me an email and I will keep every up to date on progress.
