Got my first speeding ticket with my Celica GTS

Looks fast is right. Got my first speeding ticket with my Celica GTS and it's only been 2.5 months or so!

I never get pulled over...infact the local Pigs around here look at my car and wave of give a thumbs up most of the time.....its kinda FAwked up now that i think about it..

Go slower, and be careful. Do not take speeding tickets lightly. Especially if your state has a points system.

I had a ton of tickets when I was in High School and in college, I am STILL paying for those mistakes. In a huge way.

One year with the Celica, and no speeding tickets. And I'm only 17! Clean driving record too... goes to show that not all teenager drivers are ghey (but most are heh; losers, cant even drive right).

it will be 1 year and 4 months on july 4th since i got my car. no tickets of any kind *knock on wood* and hopefully it will stay that way.

got pulled over once, but the cop thought i had something illegal hanging on my rear view mirror (which was my parking permit). i think he was checking curfew or whatever.. but he commented on my car and told me some useful things to be away from(bad parking areas). overall the cop was nice :)

I have 3 tickets on my "insurances" record... I've got 3 others I took the class to lose the points for... my insurance is $400+ a month. Speeding does not pay. I have 1 speeding ticket 57 in a 45 (they always get me for stupid crap), failure to obey a traffic device (I was going 45 in a 30 which was a school zone during school time, the cop was nice), and a seat belt ticket (and I ALWAYS wear my seat belt)

I have been real lucky so far... I am also starting to use the cruise control a lot on the highway. I was going to work last friday morning, cruising between 80 & 85 mph., when I saw a black celi coming up fast in the rear view. It went by me and I started pacing him, I was way back though. it was a gt-s, no mods that i could see. followed him for a mile or so at a little over 90mph, then he speeds up over the crest of the hill and wham, clocked by a cop in the median. he was pulled over a half mile later and didn't look happy. speed limit was 65 and he was probably going 90. felt bad for him, glad it wasn't me.

ive been real lucky with my gts.. i was doing 60 down a 25, and a old clunker was infront of me doing the same speed.. we passed a cop on a side street and he just came out and turned the other direction...

got my lisense 2 months ago.....on my 16th b-day..... 2 tickets for speeding...5 days apart... :(

drove more then a year in an 85 firebird no tickets, got celica (which is a much slower car) and got pulled over 3 times for stupid sh*t.....54 in 35 (was keeping up with all the other ugly cars)

55 in 40 down Sample road, for those of you that dont know Sample every single car goes down that road doing like 65, i got passed by POS black car (he was doing like 65) and the cop came after me.

and my last ticket was for red light running (ok i'll admit it this one was my bad, had my eyes somewhat closed)
