where u guys hide ur nitrous bottle?

faking the sub on the front , but it's a nitrous bottle inside
well well ... imagine that the bottle will blow up after a bit shake from the bass

in the trunk on the passenger side is where mine was.. in ther Eclipse itll prolly be between the driver and passengers seats in the back of the car

nobody really sits in the back seat but i'd rather but right behind the driver so i enclose it with a fiberglass box or just paint the bottle black since i have dark tints too. i would like to cuz i'm thinkin' of doing nopi chic just for the heck of it in the fall...

well i checked the nhra rulebook and all that it repeats is that the bottle (depending which class your running in permits it or not) has to be mounted and bolted. electric warmers permitted and that's it. no where does it say that you have to put it specifically in a section of the car...

with the Celica i hardly ever had the bottle on.. ofcourse I was going to get a automatic bottle opener for it to make it nice and easy.. with the Eclipse Ill only be using the nitrous at the track when i get it

I personally live in the state of Michigan and have talked with a lot of cops in the area and they have all basically told me that NOS doesn't mean a damn thing to them unless they see it in your car and you got busted for speeding or racing. And no, racing and speeding aren't the same thing... because you CAN get busted for racing without actually exceeding the speed limit. But basically it's the same with a radar detector as well... most cops don't care unless they see it and you just got pulled over for speeding... They don't really care if it's on or off at that point in time. So I guess it would be wise to do a trunk mount in that situation, but since I have wall to wall speakers in the trunk along with my amp rack, I guess that's not a plausable option, so I have to mount my NOS under my rear seats probably...

Mine's installed on the left side of my rear trunk area. Now that I've removed the seats and can see straight to the back...I think it looks really tight, and really professional.

I am waiting on a guy in new york to sell me his NX kit. I plan on making a new sub box to put it in. I plan on porting it and having the cords hang out through that and then having it be really wide and having the ported side for the bottle and seeling it and placing the sub in the other side.
