ahh .. sorry guys but does anyone know the panasonic headunit that is a touch screen? i want to knwo more about that.. im deciding between that and the sony mex-5di.. thanks!

I would recommend against any unit with a touchscreen. It's cool at first, but you'll hate having all those fingerprints on it.

Yah, the fingerprints do get annoying. I have the Kendwood KVT 911. I use the touchscreen function as little as possible.

that sony with the color tft is BAD@SS. wish the rest of it looked a little better and the specs were a little better. and it wasn't a sony. then i'd own it. i bet pioneer comes one w/ one next year.

What I cant beleive is that people are paying $999.00 for it!!! I saw some jackass pay $1,100 on ebay!

Instead of using your finger on the touchscreen; Can't you just use something like a palmpilot's pen? Then that won't leave behind any fingerprints.

yeah, imagine trying to accurately select something on a bumpy road or highway with a tiny little stylus...gayest idea EVAR

especially when someone is in the car, and you have to explain to them you're using the stylus because you don't want to touch the face and get it dirty.
