I figured out a good way to easily adjust the rear Konis.
Cost = about $8
Effort = easy
Cut the Koni adjustment knob in half:
Looking at the knob as if it were a T cut the top off of the T so you are left with just the rod piece that fits on the top of the shock.
Push out the insert from the shaft:
