Hi there,
i just got the extended pushrod for my clutch.. is it true that you risk slipping/eating your clutch faster with it?

Only if the clutch pedal is improperly adjusted, or if you don't actually need the extension (clutch won't fully disengage).

^ yep totally
Also, if you're the kinda person that rests their foot on the clutch, it might have a slight bit of engagement as you drive and you can roast it this way. My clutch engages RIGHT at the top and the travel feels like about an inch or two for the biting point.

hmmm.. shall i install it or not then?
I basically bought it cos of the gears grinding on high rpm.. i then found out its my pressure plate after i ordered the push rod..

totally. as long as you dont ride the clutch when you drive, you'll find it's an excellent tool for quick gearchanges as it'll disengage quicker.
