TYC Lamps GUn metal, Black and Clear Update

I was boothed this past weekend at LACR Nopi Nationals for TYC. TYC told me that the lamps are due very out soon. Bad news for some they ended up scapping the carbon fiber ones becouse there not enongh material between the lamps to really show the carbonfiber off. Insted they are making clear, straight black, and gun metal.

They asked me to see what type (Clear, Black or Gun metal) most people have been waiting for. They do not want to short supply anyone, so please post up which lamp syle that you want.

Im also still working to get tyc to make a sport M type style head lamps hopefully they will do it.

can you find out whats up with the complaints about one of the lights not fitting exactly. Someone here said that sanding might be in order.

hehe, i think that was me :) well hopefully i'll get my pair soon and i'll try that sanding thing to see if it would sit a lot more flush.

I showed them the problem and they took pics. They said they are looking into it. Its very minor though the fit is still decent no modifiying or condensation.

IMO I wouldn't sand the lamps down becouse it may mess the seals up. Thats up to you.

Have to seem them first but I'm stuck in between Gun Metal and Black, leaning towards black more though... Waiting for it!

uhm if you ask them to make projectors, please have them NOT make them like APC lights, which use H3 fog light bulbs for their LOW BEAM! Ask and see if they can use like Hella H7 or H9 projectors, or better yet, OEM HID projectors from Valeo or Bosch or something (the projectors from the Audi S4 or A6).

I would like to see some photoshopped pics if someone could give me an idea of what the finish products would look like but I would be up for clear which i would tint or just black in the first place.

Wait is the OUTSIDE going to be black (like the Yangson tails), or will it be the INSIDE (like where its usually chrome like in the APC tails) with a clear OUTER lens? If it were the inside that is being colored (similar to the Supra tail lights) then I'd say black.

Well, myself, I would be interested in the clear ones only if they are completely clear lenses. No red, no meatballs, just a clear lens. I doubt it will happen though.
