There still hope Im tying. I know of a GTS carbon covers being made and the GT are soon to follow. It will probably by late this year though GTS is the priority (snif snif).

why dont you be creative...chrome your engine valve cover, buy colored hoses, paint your engine covers, chrome some other small stuff etc etc etc

if i had the money and/or the time to get plastic chromed or get it customed made i would. but i really want a company to do it because (1) it is cheaper for us the customer (2) it is easier.

I am sick of waiting for a GT dress up kit --- this month I am going all out on a plastic cover paint job (same color as my car) --- intake --- strut bar --- and some other knick - knacks here and there --- I Will Not wait for this kit any longer --- I am sick of waiting.

I was sort of thinking of making a carbon fiber cover piece to replace my engine cover... going to start off making a fiberglass box for my rear to house a sub, some amps, and the rear tire first and if I still have enough time/money(!!!) left over this Summer I might give the CF engine cover a try. I was planning on painting all my plastics before I moved on to anything else though. Unfortunately, I just got my wisdom teeth out today so I am going to be sidelined for a few days, but...
patience is a virtue hehe

why hasn`t someone done a decent hose kit yet? there are umpteen SAMCO kits for the ropeyist of piddling motars out there.. why not ours?? eh? surely this is a gap that needs filling?

(as well as the GT dress-up _of coarse_ which has to happen..)

i showed my engine bay to a m8 that just got an alpina tuned BMW "alpina 25" and he nearly cried.. even with just a CAI it blew his away looks-wise.. he even asked me who cleaned the bay, and was sick when i said 'nobody".. his bay is a MESS.. no hope.. very dark and tangled.. having said that, the car _is_ a monster, just a shame the engine is too ugly to show..
