Painting the interior question...

I know some people have this done, but has anyone actually done this themselves??? I plan on doing it this weekend with a plastic primer, several coats of paint, and several coats of clear. BUT I really wanna know if I should take of the sunglass door and the ashtray door, or leave them on and paint it like that? Does anyone know how to take the doors off?!?! I did a search and couldn't find anything about taking them off. Thanks in advance!:gap:

I would take off the doors. It makes everything look neater and it also helps to give that custom look. If you miss spots due to leaving on certain parts then you will have what I would call the K-Mart look. Just take the extra time to take everything apart --- it will be worth your while.
