5w30 oil. Use a Toyota oil filter, they are not expensive.

i believe ur looking for denso iridiums IK16 as for oil i just use castrol syntec, but being ur in a gt u dont need synthetic i think, but ud prolly like it

Denso Iridium plugs, find the part number here: http://www.densoiridium.com/find_part.php

I use Mobil1 full synthetic 5W-30 and an OEM Toyota (Denso) oil filter. For all that is holy DON'T USE FRAM! They are cheaply made.

I use Castrol high mileage 5w30, with a K&N filter.

Haven't had to change the plugs yet.
