Ordered 2 Ion Crystal H3 Bulbs for $40.56 w/ free ship on 5-21 and my credit card was charged on the 22nd. Tried to contact them after 3 weeks to see what was up and there is no phone number to be found on the site, so I am forced to use the email... no response.
5 days later I email again and threaten them with credit card fraud and they reply the next day to apologize that the email is backed up (they replyed to this one quick though) and the bulbs are on backorder.
I reply to have them cancel the order imediately, no response. Get email on 6-25... order shipped.
summary: good prices, but absolutely terrible customer service. I would steer clear of places like this. Will update once/if bulbs arrive.
