apparantly they are legal to buy fireworks in Connecticut now, wierd. Its always been illegal up until this year. I really don't know what the deal is, but I've seen lots of signs advertising they are selling. Very odd.

Its funny, I was just in manhattan for a few days early this week... and I didnt see a single celica (modded or otherwise) the entire time I was there..... kinda weird...
