I finally got tuned. Well here are the results gentlemen. 286.9 whp on pump gas. I’m very happy with the results. I just need new rims and tires to be able to put down the new power. Oh btw the dyno reads 10-15 hp lower than most dynos around the area. Don’t pay attention to that little blip on the graph, I was told that their dyno does that.

Mods: -Stock everything k20a3
-Greddy Turbo kit
-Greddy FMIC
-Custom 3in Exhaust, no cat, 3in after greddy dp
-RC 650cc injectors
-Kpro
-Tuned @ 10psi.

that's really on the low side....

we have one that runs with us...makes about 350whp (and he's not even tuned on Kpro...he uses Guardian), majority around like 320whp

What kind of turbo kit does he have? The greddy one I'm using is the Greddy T517Z. Its small as hell. And you sir are the first one to tell me that my numbers are on the low side. I posted my dyno sheet at clubrsx, and ephatch.com and everyone is amazed that I could put down 287 whp on this little turbo.

Here is the link to my post on ephatch:

It may be low to you lVlemphizStylez, but for the price I paid to get 287 whp was a bargain. I spent almost $2500 for all the parts needed to boost. kpro, and misc crap included. This was by far the best bang for my buck on any project car I ever had.

Just curious, but do you have a template thst posts "Thats really on the low side" or a variant thereof every time someone posts power numbers for a turbo installation?

I was just being honest....we have an EP3 in our group. I've seen his car run it's a solid 115-117 mph car.

So when I see my friend putting in work like this on his setup...Of course I'm going to ask "Can you do better??" when I see other setups that are far below his. And he's not even tuned on Kpro...he's using Guardian

I was just giving my honest opinion dude...Boosted is used to saying "Good Job" and patting people on the back for lack luster Dyno Charts and Time Slips (He's been in the Turbo Section of a 7th Gen Celica website for a while)...I however am not used to seeing numbers like that when I know an EP3 on a PIGGY BACK making more, I'd see how feasible it is to upgrade that turbo (depending on the manifold) and go get your mid 300 whp numbers you should EASILY be able to attain. If you're happy with it, then that's fine.

I don't think the celica's problem with going fast is so much the price (to an extent)....it's people have learned to accept sub par results. See threads like "how do I get 200 whp" instead of "What do I need to run a 100 Direct Port"...Little side track, but Boosted has been on my nuts today

Again you don't bother to look at the whole situation. He probably WOULD put down well over 300 on a dynojet - Dyno dynamics is an eddy current dyno and for whatever reason they read low. The one in town is usually 20 HP low on a NA GTS - cars in the 300-400 range its generally 35-45 hp lower than a dynojet.

But hey - your friend probably put down 350 on the same imaginary dyno or Gtech or whatever it is you dyno YOUR car on that somehow fails to produce those magical 400+ HP numbers you always talk about. Then again everyone in the crew you run with allegedly has huge power numbers, and then they are usually oddly slow, especially when compared to an alledgedly 400+ HP neon....

Go troll elsewhere. Surely theres a Honda or Neon forum somewhere that could benefit from your obviously HUGE expertise in how much power all these cars you have never seen with your own eyes should be turning out...

I've posted my dyno already...(back when you idiots questioned it in the Lancer thread...after I posted it, you and your croanies STFU real quick especially The Gay Factor guy, and the thread died there, coincidence right???)

And I just posted videos of the EP3 in action...going to just ignore those??

I think it's funny you want to say allegedly to my car, when I have plenty of videos of my car doing things that reflect just how fast it is or isn't. (I have a dyno chart but I just don't care much for it, I'd rather see results on the street/track)

Like I said continue taking these saps money and patting them on the back for sub par performance. Hell I'd do it too if there was money to be made. Half these guys never go to the track or actually run the car so they will never know just how uncompetitive the car is.

"Go fast now- ask me how!"....yea more like let me rape your bank account for a 13 second car

Here's more of that EP3 showing you just how "made up" his power is...

yes but is your EP3 running the GReddy?

That's the thing - you can't say "that's weak" when you're comparing someone running this puny **** GReddy turbo vs. someone running a larger/more effecient turbine. Compare apples to apples.

Even when comparing apples to apples there are differences, so here's a quote:

"Why do we need so many different kinds of apples? Because there are so many different kinds of folks. A person has a right to gratify his legitimate tastes. If he wants 20 or 40 kinds of apples for his personal use, running from 'Early Harvest' to 'Roxbury Russet', he should be afforded the privilege....There is merit in variety itself. It provides more points of contact with life, and leads away from uniformity and monotony." -Liberty Hyde Bailey in 'The Apple Tree', 1922

Let the guy enjoy his 287 whp.

I'll have me some Fuji :chuckles:

Newsflash - I haven't sold a damn thing to any of these people. What I have done is actually READ what they said instead of simply insulting them offhand because you know a guy that has one faster than him. WHoop dee doo. He never said he had teh fastest Honda in the world, just that he got his kit installed and is now making 285 HP. And YOU being the unmitigated jacka$$ that you are think there is something wrong with someone feeling good about that.

As for my sig - its an obvious joke on the rediculous proliferation of "Loose weight Now, ask me how" bumperstickers and windshield banners.

What do YOU offer anyone aside from your continuous bad attitude and idiotic and ill informed commentary?

You just like trolling here because you know 99.9% of the site makes substantially less power than you and your Neon and in your own idiotic brain that justifies bagging on people nonstop.

:faint: lVlemphiz, you've effectively side-tracked this whole thread. Take the arguing to PM or IM and leave it in Racing Stories. Thanks.
