Name this lip....

Was looking at the website for upgarage in Japan as I am going to Okinawa next week and noticed this lip http://www.upgarage.com/upgarage/stock/1/2/0712005007662/005 . I don't think it's the stock lip but i could be wrong. I seems different from mine for some reason. Anyone know the name or have any pics of it installed? it's around 200 bucks in USD it seems. also found the trd oil cooler for around 200.00 that I would also like to pick up :)
