Ok boys, I just got back from the bar. Bear with me. On one of the two days mentioned in the thread title, we need a meet in bernardsville. And I'm talkin alot of cars. It's a sat, so people from deleware (will) can make it. The guy says no problem on the grub. And for those of us over age, he'll give out drink specials for us. And I'm thinking, for those under age, we hang out there, and we'll all chip in money, and get a keg for afterwards, plus burgers and dogs. So let's figure out which day, and I need at least 20 people to show up. I don't want to d!ck this guy around, I want to show him what we are all about. So let's go...............

I can make either day work at this point...early enough on the warning. "Make it work" is the key point here. Count me in.

Make it 27th!! First of all, it'll give us more time to gather heads, but secondly,more importantly, because on the 20th, I'll still be in Nashville seeing my girl off for the next year :wtc:

Did we have a budding country music star in our presence at the meet? Nashville? What could this be? Grand Ole Opry, college, job? Don't mean to pry for info, but someone disappearing in such a unique place as Nashville drew up some curiosity.

singing group touring across the country for a year straight...two gigs a day.....singing at schools and churches....

youth ministry for Liberty University in Virginia.....for every year she does it, they give year's worth of tuition.

the girl can SING, lemme tell you......they picked her out of thousands.......she could knock so many of these idiots on the radio on their butts.........

i am definately in on this on as long as it is a saturday. i will definately have my car back. it is getting pretty long now over a month. he(my mechanic) said three days 4 days ago that it would be done. this blows. i am anxious to drive it now cause i got my trd exhaust on trd clutch kit and fidanza flywheel. i guess it was kinda a good thing cause the exhuast clutch and flywheel all got put on for free while it was in there so there is a plus.

I'm going to try and make this, since i bailed on the Seaside meet. The 27th is better for me, but i'm not going to be part of the "show" since i really dont have anything done to my car worth showing.

You'll have fun with these guys. I think everyone in the bar by the end of the night was involved in a converstation with one or all of us, including the owner and bartenders, at some point. As Woody Allen says, "80% of success is showing up" :wtf: :ugh: so don't worry about not "showing". It'll be very fun.

Derek, we have to talk to the owner to schedule a good band for that night as well...
