TRD Gauge Cluster Question

I've noticed that on the gauge cluster that the tach is in the center, and that the speedo is on the left. With the pics that I have seen the readings were given in KMH. I was wondering, if this was intended for the Euro, Canadian market? Or have I just not seen any gauge clusters with the speedo in MPH. Also, are they just faces or does the cluster come as an assembly?

its an entire cluster.. not just faces and its JDM..
