that's a hard one to explain. i did it before i wrecked my car, and it turned out fine. i didn't take any pics though. the best way that i can explain is as follows:
1.with the bumper off, take off the foglamps.
2.start on one side, lets say driver's side. facing the front of the car, move the foglight to the right until it looks like it is lined up with your outer bumper's opening.
3.postion the left bolt on the foglight, to the metal bumper after you have it lined up and mark it with a pencil or something.
4.drill a hole in the metal bumper after you are CERTAIN that it is in an acceptable spot that will line up with the outer bumper's opening.
5.put the left foglight bolt through the hole u just made and loosly put the nut onto the bolt. the right foglight bolt is hanging off the metal bumper, so you need to make a bracket to support this.
6.take a strong piece of metal, about 1 inch wide, and an 1/8 inch thick, and 6-8 inches long, and postion it to the right bolt on the foglamp that is sticking out.
7.cut the metal to the length needed, and drill the ends. cut the metal to the right length so your foglight is sitting straight up and down!
8.bolt the bracket to the foglamp fairly loose, and see where the other end w/hole is. it should fit well to the top, right corner of the metal bumper. make sure that you don't tilt the foglight any!
9.drill the metal bumper where the bracket hole was lined up at.
10.bolt it on, and see if it fits right.
take your time when you are lining up the holes to drill on the metal bumper. this is probably the most important thing you can do when you are trying this. also, so is the length of your bracket. it will work if you do it right. my foglights fit into the openings on my blitz bumper well. i only had the body kit on for a week until i wrecked the front end of my car, but oh well! if you need anything else, i'll try to help you out if i can. good luck!!!
BTW, after you drill your metal bumper, i'd advise you to put primer or something on to prevent rust. also use a metal for the brackets that doesn't rust, like aluminum or something along those lines.
