Are led's in sidemarkers and parking lights dangerous?

I wanted to get some led's for the parking lights, side markers, and license plate but i heard something about how there dangerous to your electrical system? Is this true?

Some on said it's bad... but I have this friend had it for a year no problem............
I'm gona order all those in LED in couple days....
I'm pretty sure lower power consumtion doesn't effect other electronics... tell me if I'm wrong..

I put Leds in my side markers and parking lights, and it was Bright as all hell for a few weeks, then they burned out, one at a time.. I replaced em, but they just burned out again..
Im not one of the lucky ones that can have them with no problem..

LED's will make your car look like a ricey Civic. Just get some clearcorners and put some different bulbs in for the parking lights.

I just put the amber LED for my side markes and coverted them to turn signals... I'll tell y'all how it works out
