Clutch Problem ? wierd noise and feeling

All my gear are grinding right now, I think it's my clutch bearing
It's also doing a strap noise when I push down the clutch

Oil seem ok

When I push the clutch, my RPM go down.... and the feeling in the pedal is not normal
+ it smell like burn metal in the car

So what do you guy think ?

um well for the grinding it may be that yr clutch isnt doing its job to unengage the gears (not a tranny expert) or it could end up being the sme problem i had .. my problem was the syncros and i had to get a brand new tranny and clutch ($3500 later)... so ionno i think u should take it to a expert...
