question about seals

I am getting a clutch put in my 2003 GTS. could someone tell me what seals I need to replace while my tranny is down? I have a 6 speed Man. I have heard to put differential seals and a rear seal although I dont think it is call a rear seal. Thanks

I assume you are getting a new throw-out (release) bearing with the clutch too. On the tranny itself you could change the drive axle seals and on the engine it's a good idea to change the crankshaft rear main seal. The flywheel should be resurfaced anyways so it's a good idea to take it off and change the crankshaft seal. Remember that you will need new flywheel bolts as the old ones are torque-to-yield and can't be reused.
