Someone wants to know if the TRD Wing will fit on his late model Prelude...

I got a call from the local bodyshop that does my work. He told me a guy that works at the Honda dealer next door wanted to know if the TRD wing will fit on his Prelude. Why on Earth would anyone want to do that in the first place still gets me:wtf: :confused: :nono: :thumbdown.

My friend's neighbor has a wing that looks exactly like TRD's on his 3G Eclipse...

ive seen a BMW 3 series with a TRD style wing. it looked JUST like the TRD wing, not some universal GTR wing, but the TRD.

first of all, if its a generic wing, who really cares. I dont think it would look good, but I dont think alot of cars look good and thats my personal opinion. Second of all, the same can be said for all of us that have S2K antennas (although hands down, those look GOOD on a celica :D )

well im pretty sure the TRD wing would fit, since the base is all flat. IT is just a matter of if it will be in teh way of any trunk linings . measure the prelude trunk and measure the wing.

I saw an eclipse with a TRD style wing thed other weak. It wasn't horribly bad but it was awkward enough to make me look 2x.

That is probably the best kit I have ever seen on an eclipse. Is the rear beveled like that because the front pulls off the ground during launch?? ;) (I know it is a FWD/AWD)

The new ugly(sorry) eclipse model do have TRD style wing..
I've seen it few times... the mounting section is little different but above that, it's exactly same..
I think they sell those wing for new eclipse alot.....
I don't them copying.. in mortor sports we all copy each other in some forms.... but most important is that DOES IT REALLY LOOK GOOD ON IT??
I think TRD wings looks the best on Celica.... the eclipse was alright but doesn't match that well....

they suppose to be diff. , i like the the TRD wing as well, but way overpriced for the actual stuff, and the TRD style one r crappy quality, that's y i got the vline, perfect quality and came prepainted, with an exceptional price, not to mention armen's great customer service as well as knowledge

what throws it off is the ugly tan accents on that eclipse... it looks horrible...

if he would paint it one color, then it might be acceptable
