Hi just finished washing the car for the frist time after winter and the Stock 16" rims i have are bubbling horribly. On one the finish is just flakeing off in places. Has Anyone ever had this problem? and what did you do to fix it?

There was a thread on here not to long ago and someone refinished some gts rims and did a good job. Do a search and see what he did.

That's what you get when you have rims made in japan. Its not meant for the harsh winters here in Canada, unless you buy a domestic car from people who know the real deal. You should complain to Toyota about that, because they think they can compete with the domestic car manufacturers and make products and are equal or greater then those who grew up and make **** for our motherlands, and yet when it comes to putting it to the real test, their **** sucks major ass! I would go and throw that wheel at the head of the parts counter guy at your local toyota dealership and ask for a refund. That's what people who are majorly pissed off at asian markets always do and they always win. So try your luck bro!
