Yes, thats right. First i brought the Dual Halo Headlight and i thought only H1 hid can only be fit in there, but i found a way that i can use H7 in H1 headlight. all you need to do is cut the circle plastic from the hid bulb, ill try to post pics if anyone need this help.

i guess thats cool... but i think the light output is still crappy because of the projector lens. at first i thought you found a way to get the projector lens to fit the dual halo design as i am in the the process of doing that myself for better light output.

You probably just modify the base of the HID H7 bulb and dremel out the metal mount inside the headlight for the opening to be big enough. It can't be that hard to do. But to save yourself headache of measuring and the chance of messing up your headlights, you can just get H1 HID's. The H1 HID's fit inside without modification. It's a tight squeeze, but the bulb will go in. I got mine to slip inside. I have DDM HID's btw. The light output isn't like OEM HID's but it's better than stock...

Hey i got the dual halos as well and was wondering, when you guys got yours, were the backs of the rubber grommets different than stock?
Mine just have the two wires sticking out of them followed by a connector that the plug in from the car goes into, rather than just plugging directly into the back of the housing like stock. I wanted to just upgrade the bulbs and it was a real *$)ch.
Any idea how that whole thing works out? Then again, it might have just been mine....

I installed my H7 -HID kit last night....but I'm having problems to see the road ahead...for some reason they are aiming high like high beams instead of aiming down to the road... first off all...I couldn't manage to get them in a perfect fit inside the OEM casing.....I couldn't lock the clip either....
I parked in front of my garage door and saw that one hid light has higher peak points than the other....the light line is not even straight...
does any body know what type of HID light bulb fits my celica??????
It should be H7 but for some reason they don't fit...
PLEASE HELP!
Thanks!

A different bulb AND a different, low quality projector lens. The duals are only good for looks. I only use mine in the summer when it doesn't rain so much. Then when the rain season starts up I use my OEMs
