loose door seals

hey guys i have a problem with my passenger door seal. The middle section of the seal is sagging off the roof. so i checked out the seal, its a little dirty but still in good shape. so i was wondering what type of glue should i use to stick the seal back on? thanks

i would say weatherstrip adhesive. check napa/autozone

DON'T put adhesive on it. It's not necessary, will make a mess, and will be a PITA if you ever need to replace the seal. The seal is held in place by the shape of the seal vs the shape of the roof, and requires nothing else.

no prob. i havent had to deal with the weather stripping, but if it has two lips that go over an edge, and the rubber has metal reinfircing bars in it, you can pinch the metal together and reinstall. good luck with it, it shouldnt cause any probs

thanks for your input blue bomber, i actually just went to take a closer look and like you said there are grooves on the roof. so i tucked both edges in and got the whole thing in snuggly. thanks again blue bomber and dead_start for your feedback.
