My next assignment in photoshop is selling a product using lifestyle advertising.
I need pictures of high end cars.
I also need pictures of well dressed people/crowds or fancy places.
If you got a lambo/Porsche dealer close by, ect...
that would be a great place to start.
Also I know andy will be attending the mason meet...:eek:
I'll be chopping these pics somewhat,
but alot will be in the pic itself
Please dont add any effects, I'll be doing this.
The rest is up to you!

Its cool if you can just get a good pic of the car ect.
I can chop a background...
maybe even a nice background to go with it would be nice.

Why don't you get Humberto to pose and "sell" one of his hats while he's rolling up to a fancy restaurant for dinner in Truc's neighbor's NSX?

That'd be the perfect picture for your project :thumbup:

Why? What are you going to school for, graphic design? If so, then get out while you can, change your major, do something other than this unless you like working for next to nothing. There is no money in it. I don't want to discourage you but I am just telling you like it is.

Lies. If you have the passion to do it, you can succeed. If you are just doing it because you don't know what else to do, then of course you won't go anywhere. It's like that for most things in life. It just takes dedication and passion.

Actually he's a part of the So Cal crew...and since we always whore this forum and hang out outside of the forum as real friends this would be the fastest way to communicate with us...It would be dum to text us about this, because here we can talk and actually post what is required. Notice how 80% of the people that post in this thread are from So-Cal. Other people want to help it's up to them. Um, I graduated about 4 years ago and am have been passionate about it every since I started school and I am working for next to nothing. Let's put it this way, I made more money at the job I was at before school and my wife makes 8 times what I do if that tells you anything so I am having a hard time believing that it is all that grand.

I have tried getting things kicked off doing freelance work but between my full-time graphics job at a local ad agency, my housework, car maintenance, the wife, and trying to do freelance on the side there isn't much time to go out and promote myself which is the only way you will succeed. Maybe, it is just where I live or something, but you have to be the best of the best here to even be considered for a job and even then it is for like nothing, unless you consider $12-$15/hr. great money.

If you have ideas on how one can succeed at this business then I am all ears. Please enlighten me. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
