I wanna dazzle up my fading black plastic. The part where my front windshield wipers are at, that plastic piece is starting to fade a little bit. What would you suggest to sharpen it up permanently? I was thinking about painting it but I don't know....

Painting it is your best bet

You could always try Mothers Back-to-Black first?

doesn't last long, but does work. and it's like $7 or $8 for a bottle.
i'd take it off, scuff it, and paint it.

I have the same issue, Florida Sun sucks. Mothers Back to black I tried, but it didnt last long and the constant appliciation is a pain. So now I use Forever Black Bumper and Trim. Look it up on amazon or somewhere, it works much better and the install is not too hard, I used it on all areas that were fading (windshield, side window trim, bumper side skirts) and it worked great on each area, just make sure to let it dry between coats and apply a few coats to it.

Anyone know if Forever Black products are avalible at places like Auto Zone, etc or, are they just avalible via maill order?
I have been hearing good things about their produicts. :)
Edit:
I just ordered the forever black product mentioned as well as their tire dye kit.
I have been meaning to try their products and since I have it in mind, there is no time like the present.
Liike many others, I have be using other products that just do not last that long. Hopefully, I will have better luck with these products. :)
