View Full Version : www.parts.com anyone had any problems with them?

Hey guys, just ordered a bunch of parts from them last week, and they sent me an e-mail saying it will be delivered to may address within 1 business day and havn't heard anything from them yet, not a conformation, tracking number, phone call, nothing.

just wonder if anyone has had any problems with them and if someone might know they're phone number because it is near impossible to find it on they're site, nor in google :S

they will get there, at least when i ordered. just pray that they send you compatible parts. no joke. gl

lol, i hope so . .

cause i have read on other forums that eventually after they're parts arrived, they are different from what they ordered :O

would you have a contact number or an e-mail so i can contact them directly? approximately how long did it take for the items to arrive to you?

I ordered the retainers for a set of headlights back then.
Everything was legit and in a Toyota box =)
same thing with me though, no contact no confirmation, nothing... but it should get there.

Same with me. I ordered some stuff around Christmas. Took a little while, understandable considering the time of year but everything was legit. Rights parts in Toyota boxes as well. No confirmation or tracking though.

Looks like another trademotion site. I got some mercedes and toyota parts from them. No problem. I don't remember anything about the shipping comfirmations.

they said it'll take 1 business day for it to arrive at my address, and they are shipping it fedex ground which is impossible to arrive within 1 business day unless he's in daytona beach > highly doubtfull, but we shall see today.

See, I did NOT get the items in toyota boxes..they were cheap immitations that did not even fit.

I just ordered 2 parts from them 2 days ago.
I got this email and haven't heard back
