will i be able to tune my vvtl-i with this? i seem to be able to get one for around 350. is it a worth while buy? or is just saving the extra 400 for the power fc that much better? i want to be able to adjust my air/fuel with the cai, and be able to lower lift. will the afc neo do what i need? thanks.

No. PFC will do everything you need. Plus your stock computer will constantly change around the adjustments you make with the AFC NEO over time. Get the PFC.
